See Me Save Me is a campaign website coordinated by RoadPeace, the national charity for road traffic crash victims, dedicated to reducing lorry danger and saving lives.

See Me Save Me objectives include:

1. collating information on current and past efforts to reduce the threat posed by lorries to cyclists and pedestrians.

2. promoting the faster adoption of cost-effective measures to reduce lorry danger, with a focus on eliminating lorry blindspots. 

3. supporting and empowering bereaved families and those seriously injured by lorries in navigating the justice system.

On 5th February 2009 Eilidh Cairns was run over and killed whilst cycling to work. Her family and friends set up the campaign See Me Save Me and have campaigned tirelessly to eliminate the blind spot from lorries through HGV safety technologies.

This website has been made possible with funding from Awards from All Lottery funding and donations, both financial and in-kind, from families of cyclists killed in collisions with lorries and our members concerned about road danger reduction.

RoadPeace is the national charity for road crash victims and is an independently funded, membership organisation.  Members include those who have been bereaved or injured in road crashes and also those who are concerned about road danger. Join RoadPeace.
